Hi Guys,
I would like to avoid mobile workers entering the same result more than
once on the tablet. Is it possible to create an alert once a mobile worker
attempts to enter duplicate data?
Thanks,
James

Hi James,
There are some ways to help accomplish this, but it depends a lot on the
structure of your application.
If you are using case management we generally recommend using the Minimize
Duplicates feature for registraton
https://confluence.dimagi.com/display/commcarepublic/Minimize+Duplicates
and then "hiding" the registration form (setting a display condition on the
form to "false()")
This means that workers won't be able to register a new case without first
searching for a matching name or ID (or scrolling through the full list)
and identifying that there is no match.
