Create cases and import from excel

This is my first question...busy with my first app!
We work with 160 ECDs in an area.

  1. I want to create these ECDs as cases.
  2. Then add enrolled children to these ECDs.
  3. The purpose is to measure the nutritional status (length and weight) of each child.
    I have the date of numbers 1 and 2 in Excel and want to import these to save time.
    I would appreciate any help.
