Can I format the Conditional Alert Email by changing its font and color? I need to send some data through an email which is collected on the app and want to display it as a hardcopy form it was collected on.

Unfortunately, at the moment, there's no option to customize the font or color of the Conditional Alert Email. While you can reference case properties in the message, styling changes like adjusting the font or color aren't supported. That said, this does seem like a great suggestion, and we'll be sure to submit it as a feature request to the product team for future updates.
