Complicated case management

Hi,
i have a configuration Like this following:
Module 1

  • Form a (field1 , field2, field3, field 4)
    -Form b (Follow up)
    Module 2
  • Form c

In Form a Case manegament i setup "Register new case" and in the section
"SAVING DATA TO THE CASE PROPERTIES" i link the "name" case property to "field
1"
so in the Case List we'll choose field 1 contenu to do follow-up with
"Form b"
Now what i want to do is to link "field 2" to the "form c" of Module 2
so i can fill out "form c" by choosing "field 2" before.

Thanks

Hello,

You should be able to link fields (case properties) that are saved from
form a to form c just like you did to form b. To do that you just need to
make sure that the case type in the module settings is the same in both
modules and that form c is set to update/close a case on the form settings
page.

Hope this helps,

Jeremy
