CommCareHQ -Internal Server Error!

Today I noticed the “Internal Server Error” for every attempt to deploy the
App as in the screenshot below. Anyone to help?

I’m getting “Bad Server Response” when trying to login from a tablet.

I guess this is part of the same problem?
