CommCareHQ downtime

Dear Users,

We are currently experiencing downtime due to an issue with our database
hosting service. Our developers are in close communication with our hosting
provider to ensure the problem is fixed as quickly as possible.

As always, offline mobile functionality will be unaffected, and data
submissions will be stored safely on the mobile device until CommCareHQ is
up and running again.

We apologize for any inconvenience this is causing; the reliability of our
servers is a top priority. I will update you with a followup email as soon
as we have more information.
