Commcare Users

Hello,

Is there a way to assign mobile users different questionnaires?Or to
activate/deactivate a form?

Thanks

Hi,

You can use the display condition in each form settings: here
https://confluence.dimagi.com/display/commcarepublic/Form+Display+Conditions
.

If you combine it with the custom user data (here
https://confluence.dimagi.com/display/commcarepublic/Custom+User+Data),
you will be able to set a parameter in each of your user that will be used
to defined if a user can see or not a form.

Kind Regards

Ismaila

Hi Ismaila,

Thanks a lot for the response. I added a custom field - Mygroups - where I
have items as A, B, C , D, E but then my forms do not use cases. And I
cannot get the display condition to allow me to add a condition though my
menu is already set as Display Module then menus.

Regards,

Hello,

I am not sure you need to use cases in order to see the display conditions
on the form.

Do you mind sharing with me the name of your domain (project) I will have
take a look when possible.

Hi again,

In fact your forms need at least to require a case: This means that the
"Menu Mode" setting on the module must be set to "Display module and then
forms", and every form in the module must require a case.

So I would recommend to at least set up the cases even if you don't use
them.
Can you give me more details on your app use case?
