Is there a good working demo-app from commcare supply?

I find it difficult to find it all out myself, even with these
instructions: Building Apps for CommCare Supply - CommCare Supply - Dimagi Confluence

I think the 'commtrack demo app prototype' on the commcare exchange is
outdated?
