CommCare Sense

Hi All.

The app I'm working on is going to be used on both Android and Java
phones. Here are the phone settings I want:

*Android: CommCare Sense on so that users don't get confused by saved &
incomplete forms.
*Java: "Normal Scrolling" under "Item Selection Mode", as this is what the
current users are used to and there are some long multi-select questions
that don't work great with the numeric selection.

These two choices seem to be incompatible. Am I out of luck? And if yes,
does anyone have a sense for which one of my preferences is more important
to usability?

Thanks! -Jen

Jen,

Under "Android Settings" on your application's settings page there are
individual options to disable Saved and Incomplete forms. By turning these
off (which only affects Android) you should then have complete freedom to
toggle the other settings for the Java Phone configuration you want.

Best,
Will
