Morning and wondering if anyone can help; one of our staff members in Haiti
is having the following issue, he is not the only one as his colleagues
have also had the same problem.
So, in the “Beginner Tutorial Part 3 – Building a simple form”, when I
reach the part when they explain how to add the first question, I should
have this on my screen:

But I have this instead:
[image: image002.png]
The left part / column is okay – the question tree appears – but the right
part / column is completely blank and we can’t find a way to show the
different sections that should appear: “Basic”, “Logic”, “Media”, etc.
Meaning we can add questions but then we can’t make any changes, actually
create or edit them.
I was not able to view the images you sent, but if you are unable to view
the Question Properties panel even after clicking on different questions in
the Question Tree can you report an issue so that our support team can look
into it?
