ok thanks for giving reply.one more is already we configured the with
commcare hq & when i signup with new mail id it's working after that when i
was created a new project it's sending a confirmation mail.i had seen one
hour for confirmation which i had sent a mail from commcare hq.i didn't get
any mail.please find my problem and let me know what was the problem.

for setup the commcare server in locally and i had seen github link.but my
question is i didn't find any .exe file.if there any .exe or server
instllation file let me know.one more is before setup locally we cann't do
with smtp?

Have you setup the localsettings.py with your smtp email setup? Emails sent
from CommCareHQ need an smtp configuration set in your localsettings.py
If your problems are that you are unable to send out emails, check your
SMTP setup, also, change the email addresses to match your personal
configuration preferences.
Specifically, the SERVER_EMAIL, DEFAULT_FROM_EMAIL, and SUPPORT_EMAIL.

You need to follow the instructions in the readme or the install script.
If you are on windows I recommend installing it in a linux virtual machine.
