CommCare HQ and CommCare India Server Issues

Dear CommCare users,

We are currently facing an issue on the CommCare HQ server and you may
experience slowness in accessing the site, logging in to CommCare Mobile,
syncing with the server and running reports. The application preview
feature is also facing an issue and you may not be able to preview your
application. We are actively working to resolve the problem. We apologize
for the inconvenience caused and we thank you for your patience while we
work to resolve this.

In addition, we are also facing an issue on our CommCare India server, and
you may not be able to access reports at this time. We are also actively
working to resolve this issue and will keep you updated of the progress.

Once again, many apologies for the inconvenience that this has caused.

Update on July 13th, 12:50 pm (UTC):

CommCare HQ will experience a brief period of downtime on Friday, July 14
at approximately 12:00am (UTC) for a planned maintenance. During this time,
you will not be able to access www.commcarehq.org. We expect the downtime
to last for approximately 2 hours.

The India server will also experience a brief period of downtime between
Thursday, July 13, 11:30 pm (IST) and Friday, July 14th, 1:30 am (IST) for
a planned maintenance. During this time, you will not be able to access
india.commcarehq.org.

We are actively working to resolve today's issues, and should expect the
issues to be resolved after the planned maintenance.
