CommCare crashes if forcing offline install over an existing app

Hi developers,

Don't know if it is a general bug or related to my device, but CommCare
crashes following these steps :

  1. install CommCare ODK on an Android device
  2. download an App deployed from CommCareHQ
  3. download an offline App installer (commcare.ccz)
  4. select the offline installer from a file explorer
  5. open it with CommCare
  6. the start install / start over page is displayed
  7. select start install
  8. a message states that "There is already an CommCare app installed..."
  9. select retry installation
  10. crash

Probably not a huge deal, but I guess that any reproductible crash worths to
be reported ?

Thanks for the report - this indeed gets the application into a very bad
state. I've submitted a PR and we should have this fixed in the next
release due in January.
