Commcare Application Problem

Hello dears,

I downloaded the Commcare app to an Android mobile device. I'm trying to download our applications from Commcare but even entering both barcode or code method, there is an error that "Unknown failure during app install". Most of our devices give this error while trying to download. Is there a solution to fix it?
