CommCare App Not Running Because Multimedia Is Missing

Dear CommCare Users,

Would someone explain what I am failing to understand here! I have built
this App and then I install on the phone, upon finishing installation of
App CommCare attempts to check for multimedia. The screen for multimedia
missing stays on, no matter what I do in an attempt to use the App without
multimedia. Has someone experienced this before? Has the use of App with
missing mulltimedia been broken or am I missing something?

I need your help ??? :slight_smile:

Chaiwa,

If you want to skip multimedia validation you can turn the "Multimedia
Validation" setting to "No Validation" under general settings in your app
(See attached image)
