I am trying to integrate my application on CommcareHQ to a Motech Server
using the data APIs by the CommcareHQ. I am having a bit of a trouble on
that front. I am trying to run a simple API call as follows using my
browser
The browser prompts me for the credentials to authenticate but fails if i
give credentials for my admin account giving the following error.
{"error_message": "Sorry, this request could not be processed. Please try again later."}
If however on a separate tab I login to me account on commcareHQ (using the exact same credentials) and then type the same URL
as above in the browser, it works and returns the json response as expected listing the forwarding endpoints i have configured.
What am i doing incorrectly? How to resolve this issue
I'm seeing some unexpected issues with your account that I think I can fix
(and that aren't your fault). I'll look into it and update you soon.
Best,
Danny

We recently rolled out changes to be more consistent with our API
permissions. Refer to the table at CommCare HQ APIs - CommCare Public - CommCare Public to see
what the permissions required for each API are.
If after confirming your user has the right permissions you are still
unable to use the API please report an issue on CommCare HQ and someone
will follow up with you directly.

Case forwarding is considered part of APIs and will not be available under
the Community plan. It will be removed from the project settings interface
in the near future. Apologies for any confusion!
