Hello everyone,
We've released CommCare 2.62 Beta to the Google Play Store and would love your early feedback before the full rollout. The Beta is only visible to opted-in testers, which gives us the opportunity to catch and fix any technical or user experience issues with minimal impact.
How to Join the Beta
Step 1: Open the Play Store and search for CommCare. Scroll to the bottom and click “Join” under “Join the beta”. Please note that to get the beta version, the CommCare app must already be installed on your device.
Step 2: Joining can take a few minutes. Close the Play Store, wait a moment, then reopen it and search for CommCare again — you should now see the option to update to the Beta version.
Note: You can always leave the beta program from the playstore app.

Important Bug Fixes

Fixed the back arrow on the camera capture screen so it correctly returns to the previous screen.

Fixed an issue where Connect messages opened from a notification could be viewed without completing the unlock prompt.

Fixed a crash caused by tapping a payment unit row more than once on the Connect delivery progress screen.

Fixed a crash that could occur when leaving a Connect opportunity's intro screen before its "Start Learning" request finished.
