We have made CommCare 2.45.1 now available on playstore. This point release fixes a regression introduced in CommCare 2.45 due to which an incomplete form doesn't get updated when you save it more than once during the same form entry session. If users in your project relies on Incomplete forms workflow, it's highly recommended to update the CommCare from playstore in order to not lose any data during form entry.
