Comm XForm build fails with

Hello!

I tried to build an XForm today according to the wiki. The build fails
though! I've attached it for you examination.

Any help appreciated.

Hi Sazzad,

Thanks for letting us know, we are looking into the issue and will get back
to you soon.

In general, for specific bugs like this, we recommend you use the "Report
and Issue" feature in CommCareHQ (you'll see it in the footer at the bottom
of every page). This automatically allows us to see the context we need to
help debug the issue, like your domain name, what error messages you're
getting, etc.
