Collected data to be import in Commcare

Hello Everyone,
I want to know if that, Is any way to import some pre-collected data into Commcare because I want some pre-populate fields in the Commcare application.
Like Name, Age, Gender, etc..., we have already collected this information in the previous visit to participant.
