CloudCare case details - not matching mobile

Hi all,

Has anyone run across an issue where the case details that display on
CloudCare do not match the case details in the mobile app? In trying to
test ID Mapping, we were able to get diagnoses to show up on CloudCare but
not the mobile app. In fact, there are other display properties which are
also not matching:

CloudCare:

Any ideas? Thanks,

Steve

Hi Steve,

Could you report a bug using the link located in the question mark menu in
the top bar? Someone from our team will look into it.

Thanks,

Hi Steve,

I also wanted to add that CloudCare does not support all of the case list
features that are available on CommCare mobile. These are listed here:
https://confluence.dimagi.com/display/commcarepublic/CloudCare+-+Known+Issues+and+Limitations

This could explain some of the formatting differences between mobile and
CloudCare. If you see different values then it is worth confirming that the
mobile does not have un-synced forms, since CloudCare reflects the value of
case properties according to the last received form.

Thanks,

Jeremy
