Closing cases with importer not working if cases assigned to location

Hi users,
We are experiencing troubles when trying to close cases with the case importer. This occurs when cases are assigned to locations (one mobile vendor manages one location). To close cases we follow strictly the process indicated on this page. Closing Cases - CommCare Public - CommCare Public
Would some of you have any advice or suggestions?
Many thanks,
Nico

Hey Nicolas,

This should work and it sounds like there is a bug - can you report an
issue from your project and include the Excel file you're testing with?

Thanks,
Sheel
