I have a registration form that opens a case, I want the case closed if a condition is not met, so I checked the question : (("Close this case when the form is complete" only if the answer is : )) and inserted my question and answer, but the case is still visible in the mobile application and the users can modify other forms
note: the users have the option to continue to the next form after registration
another note: I noticed that the list of forms in the help site have many forms options, but mine have only the options in the photo below, why is that? and does it effect the close condition?
