Clicking update button does not update data

Hi, all.

I have daily saved reports. What happens is that clicking on update data button, the dat does not get updated. From the image, I clicked on update data, but when I downloaded the data, the excel file shows only 2019 data. There is no data for 2020 and 2021. I am puzzled because we need data for reporting.

We as well faced some data export issues 2 days ago, however we got a notification from dimagi that there was some work going on that affected data exports.
