I am unsure of how we can change the email id with which I have subscribed to this group. We were added in by our Dimagi field manager. I just wanted to change the email ID. Can anyone please guide on how this can be achieved.

You can sign up using a new email address on the web here:

I'm not sure there is a way to change emails, but you can sign up with a
different email and then leave the group with the one you don't want.
