Hi,
one of the forms in the application i created requires students to save as
an incomplete form. At the end of every form there is a little ticked box
saying "this form is incomplete". How do I set it so that box is unticked
by default? I have tried changing the settings in the form by unticking
the "default to finalized" option, but the box still remains ticked at the
end of the form.
Please advise

Ameera,
Unfortunately it's not possible to automatically configure the default for
incompleteness for a specific form.
One option here would be to configure the interaction you're describing as
a two-part form, where details get saved in the first form and then carried
to the second via a special case that gets created when the first form is
completed. This would also have the advantage that if a user needed to
recover their data (say, lost a phone, or the phone died) you would be able
to recover the first part of the interaction (currently incomplete forms
are not recovered when syncing with the server).

Ameera,
Yeah, a child case would work well here. You can create a child case from
the first form and require a child case for the second one.
