Celery heartbeat issue

Hi,

I came to one situation where my form data forward api( In project setting
) not working ....but its working in manully by resend the form entry.....
i saw the main server log and celery log but no error thrown......
one think i would like to know clery heartbeat run in celery command ??

Any help will be aprreciated
