CC Data Submission error after registration form update

Hi all,

I modified one of our registration forms (attached) to include a field
"block_name" for the question "What is the name of your block?" The
form validates and runs perfectly in the emulator and on the phone,
but when submitting I get this error: "Successfully Submitted. Your
data is safe, but we made a small mistake. We're working on it."

Are there restrictions to what fields can be used during registration?

Have you made sure to update the version number and re-register the xform?
