Cases registered in one device not appearing in another device

I have registered cases in one device using the following username: Paulomorata. When I use the same username in another device, I do not see any cases.

Hello, I actually have the same problem, when the team changed their devices, is there a way to got the cases?

A user should get the same set of cases regardless of which device they are using. There are a few possibilities I can think of:

  • The users first device (which registered the cases) hasn't yet submitted the registration forms to the server.
  • The second device hasn't yet synced the new cases from the server.
  • There is an issue with the case ownership, meaning the cases aren't actually in scope for the user any more.

To rule out the last possibility, I'd double check the case owners in the Case List report - it should be owned directly by the user, or by their location or group (though the setup can actually get much more complicated than that).
