We are trying to build a supervision tool for our mobile workers. It mainly
consists as a CommCare-based checklist each time we use during intervention on
an user mobile phone. Questions are like :
What is the current credit balance on the phone ?
Now update CommCare ODK
Now sync the forms
etc
In this application each one of our mobile user is a CommCare case. To avoid
data duplication (users registered both as Mobile Users and case), we use the
experimental Supervisor Call Center Application feature :
After following the instructions from this page, I cannot see our mobile users
listed as cases in CommCare ODK. They are however properly shown as cases in
CommCareHQ.
Here are the steps I followed :
enabled Call Center Application, set the Call Center Case Owner to the
group "support" and defined the Call Center Case Type as "mobile_user_support"
touched a mobile user so she appears in the list of mobile_user_support
cases
made sure my supervisor user is part of a sharing group
made sure my supervisor user is part of a single group
enabled case sharing in the application
defined "mobile_user_support" as the Case Type of the application module
Attached to this message are screenshot showing what the configurations are.
I am probably missing something extremely obvious here. I'll be glad if
someone could double check my settings.

For some reason it seems to work now... Not sure what happened, or where I
screwed up... Sorry for the noise.

Great job on getting the supervisor functionality working! That's not
trivial!
