Cases don't show up in Call Center App

Hi everyone,

We are trying to build a supervision tool for our mobile workers. It mainly
consists as a CommCare-based checklist each time we use during intervention on
an user mobile phone. Questions are like :

  • What is the current credit balance on the phone ?
  • Now update CommCare ODK
  • Now sync the forms
  • etc

In this application each one of our mobile user is a CommCare case. To avoid
data duplication (users registered both as Mobile Users and case), we use the
experimental Supervisor Call Center Application feature :

https://help.commcarehq.org/display/commcarepublic/How+to+set+up+a+Supervisor-Call+Center+Application

After following the instructions from this page, I cannot see our mobile users
listed as cases in CommCare ODK. They are however properly shown as cases in
CommCareHQ.

Here are the steps I followed :

  1. enabled Call Center Application, set the Call Center Case Owner to the
group “support” and defined the Call Center Case Type as “mobile_user_support”

  2. touched a mobile user so she appears in the list of mobile_user_support
    cases

  3. made sure my supervisor user is part of a sharing group

  4. made sure my supervisor user is part of a single group

  5. enabled case sharing in the application

  6. defined “mobile_user_support” as the Case Type of the application module

Attached to this message are screenshot showing what the configurations are.

I am probably missing something extremely obvious here. I’ll be glad if
someone could double check my settings.

Many thanks,

For some reason it seems to work now… Not sure what happened, or where I
screwed up… Sorry for the noise.

Great job on getting the supervisor functionality working! That’s not
trivial!
