Case sharing when cases imported from excel

Hi there,

I am just wondering if case sharing is possible when you have imported
these cases from excel? I have found that this does not work at the moment.

Hey Heidi,

It should be possible, but you will need to specify an "owner_name" column
and set it to the group name you want the cases to be assigned to.

Hello czue,
I created the table, although i put the owner's name and all the owner names are in the same group, the cases were not shared. How can you figure that out ?

the owner name needs to be the case sharing group, not the individuals in the case sharing group
