Case Sharing Problem

Hi,
Hoping that someone can help me resolved an issue with Case Sharing.

I have an app and all the 3 users are in the same Group called (DEVELOPER)
and there is no other group anywhere yet when any of the users tries to
register a case we get the error message “UNRECOVERABLE ERROR” The Case
Sharing Setting for your user are incorrect. This user must be in exactly
one case sharing group. Please contact your supervisor.

Please help.

Hello,

If your application has Case Sharing activated, then all user’s must be in
exactly one user group with case sharing activated. Instructions on this
are here https://confluence.dimagi.com/display/commcarepublic/Case+Sharing.
If you believe your application and users are configured properly and
you’re still receiving this error then please report an issue and we’ll
look into it as a potential bug.

I decided to Sync the data and that solved the problem.
