Case Sharing not working

I have recently set up 'case sharing' for my app, I added two new users
(Ampara1) and (Ampara2) and set up a case sharing function for these and
for the original 'Ampara' username. I ticked the 'case sharing' box on the
group settings (Ampara, Ampara1 and Ampara2 are all in the group) and on
the app settings.

When I completed a test case in Ampara1 the case showed up in the case list
in Ampara1 but did not show up in Ampara2. I then filled out another form
part for the test case but clicked out of it and selected 'save
incomplete'. Again, I could see the test case on the 'incomplete' tab for
Ampara1 but not on Ampara2.

Both users were synced with the server and connected to wifi.

Any suggestions as to why the users cannot see each other's cases?

Many thanks,

Jennifer

Hi Jennifer,

Three quick ideas/questions:

1 - did you create the test case on a version of the app that was deployed
after you changed the app settings to include case sharing?
2 - did you sync Ampara2 *after *Ampara1 submitted the case creation form
to the server?
3 - incomplete forms are on a per user and device basis and are not shared
across users, even when case sharing is on

Hi Jeremy,

Many thanks for the tips. I downloaded the newest version of the app and it
seems like the case sharing is now working!

I have noted the point regarding the incomplete forms.

Thank you for your help!
