Case sharing locations and deactivated workers

Hi, I'm using case sharing through the locations/ organisational
structures. Im getting the error message about each user needing to be in
one group. Ive checked it and they all are - except the deactivated
workers. Does anyone know if deactivated workers need to be in a location?

thanks Nicola

Hi Nicola,

Sorry for the late reply here.

Are you receiving that error on-device or in live preview? If so the issue
is only related to the current, logged in worker.

Are your mobile workers assigned to case sharing groups or to case sharing
locations? It's a bit confusing, but if you are using
locations/organizations to do case sharing the workers shouldn't be in an
additional case sharing "group".
