Case sharing error message

Hi,

I have suddenly started getting this error message: XPath evaluation:
type mismatch Location instance(groups)/groups/group/@id was not found when
trying to open the form which opens a new case.

I did not have this problem last week.

I have checked that my 'case sharing' is ticked under the application
settings. And I have one user group which has all the mobile workers in (we
are 7). I don't know what else to try??

Please help.

Thanks

Hi Natasha,

In your user group, have you turned on Case Sharing? Select the group on
CommCareHQ (Users tab, then the Groups link, then choose the Group), and
choose the Edit Settings button. Make sure Case Sharing is set to On.

You may also need to sync your phone once you've done this. If you're
using CommCare for Android, you can click on the Sync button on the
homescreen.

Thanks,
Sheel

Hey Guys,

Just wanted to apologize for these confusing error messages. We've
implemented a much cleaner way to present these config errors on the phone
and are hard at work on configuring them for new apps.
