I'm trying to add case properties to the Case List and Case Detail screens
of a recently built module, but there are only 4 case properties that are
appearing as options (name, #owner_id, date-opened, and one additional
property that I created). There are at least 7 other case properties that
are not appearing in either the Case List or Case Detail drop-down menus.
Have you set the case type for the new module to be the same as the module
where you originally saved the case properties?

This is the only module with this case type. I did a bulk import of the
cases and case properties and matched them to this case type. I can
actually select case properties in the Case List and Case Detail screens by
typing them in manually, but they still don't appear in the drop-down menu.

Interesting - does the app also have those properties saved as case
properties in the app configuration? I'm not totally confident but it may
be that case properties that are created via import do not show up in the
drop down unless they are also in the app configuration. Sounds like typing
them in is a good workaround.

No, they're not, but when I try loading them into the form through hidden
values in case management I'm running into the same problem - only 'name'
appears on the list. Yeah, typing them in works just fine.
Thanks!
