Case names not appearing in Saved forms

When users check the Saved forms section, the case names only appear on
certain types of their completed forms, while for others no case names
appear, even though they updated cases. I'm not sure why this is only
happening for some forms.

Hi Eric,

The latest version of CommCare, 2.29.1, might contain a fix for this issue.
If you aren't on 2.29.1, can you try upgrading to see if this fixes it?

Thanks,

Hey Phillip, I just upgraded and I'm still not getting case names on all
forms.

Hey Eric, sorry to hear that upgrading didn't resolve it.

I was recently working to expand this functionality to larger contexts, so
if you report an issue
https://confluence.dimagi.com/display/commcarepublic/Bug+Reports, I'd be
happy to look into it.
