Case Management Question

For data analysis/visualization purposes, I want to have the all data
associated with a single case to be consolidated to one row in the exported
spreadsheet. Currently, each distinct registration and followup for a given
case is it a separate row. For example:

Case

Visit

Health Indicator 1

Health Indicator 2

Health Indicator 3

1

1

Good

Fair

Good

1

2

Fair

Fair

Poor

1

3

Fair

Good

Fair

2

3

1

Poor

3

2

Good

I'm wondering if it is possible to export the data to a spreadsheet which
has one row per case and lists the various health indicators per visit in
the columns. Would using Case Management allow for this, or is this
something that I will just have to format in Excel, post export?

Hi Ryan,

I think the case export functionality is probably you're best bet - with
perhaps some further configuration using a custom excel dashboard.

Here is the wikipage on case exports

here is a wiki reference on custom excel dashboards.
