In an app built prior to changes in case management, I am getting errors
when the hidden values loading case characteristics into a form are
deleted. The questions are not mentioned elsewhere in the form, and I did
not see any reference to these questions in the source code.
Does anyone know a way to fix this without rebuilding the app from the
beginning?

Its likely that you need to delete or update these references under the
"Case Management" tab of that form.
