Case List Not Appearing

Hello,
I have working on a Case Management App with 3 Modules. The First Module
(Register) only Registers New Patients for the next 2 Modules (i.e.
Facility Attendance and Healthcare Services) as shown below:

The register module registers new patients alright but the
Patients’ Details do not appear in the Case List when I select Facility
Attendance from the Menu. The Case List is Empty.

Below is the Screenshot on the phone:

Hi Yaw,

Have you ensured that the case type is the same for both modules?

Hi Will,
Yes, they are the same “Healthcare”.

Initially I had a filter on to only list those cases that are for today and
when it did not work I removed filter thinking maybe I got it wrong and
still did not work.
