I am trying to import cases but even after following all instructions i still get the success with warning message, is there any other way of importing cases or better steps to follow?

Do you mind submitting a ticket to support@dimagi.com and include the excel file you're trying to import so the Support team can take a look and help you debug? It probably has to do with the formatting on the excel file itself.

Thank you @Kai_Cowger_Dimagi , i have submitted the ticket to support@dimagi.com and waiting for the team response.
I was helped, apparently i had a column in my excel with a reserved name "Close". After removing it, i successfully imported my cases.
