- Newly created cases are neither displayed in "Export Case Data>Add Export>Case Type" nor under "Reports>Case Lists>Case Type".
- Report an issue failing to submit: "Failed. Rety issue submission"
Hi @commcare_tz,
This could be an issue with ElasticSearch not indexing the new cases. Are you able to see old cases on the Case List report?
Could you please try running ./manage.py check_services
on the Django machine to see what the status of elasticsearch is?
