- Newly created cases are neither displayed in "Export Case Data>Add Export>Case Type" nor under "Reports>Case Lists>Case Type".
- Report an issue failing to submit: "Failed. Rety issue submission"
This could be an issue with ElasticSearch not indexing the new cases. Are you able to see old cases on the Case List report?
Could you please try running
./manage.py check_services on the Django machine to see what the status of elasticsearch is?
