Can Lookup tables be used to calculate BMI?

I have an excel sheet with BMI values for age between 5-18 yrs. The sheet has measures on age, gender, height, weight and respective bmi values and the bmi range. I would like to check if the excel sheet can be converted to a lookup tables and by which commcare app can calculate BMI values of child. Has anyone tried it before? If yes, can you help me .

Hi @saisaranya,

The best approach would be to build the calculation out in the app using 'hidden values", provided you know the formula for calculating BMI based on age, gender, height and weight.
