New user here. I'm experiencing difficulty downloading call log data for an
extended period of time (e.g. two months). I need to look at longitudinal
data stretching over several months for hundreds of participants. Is the
CommCare HQ Data Export tool the best way to access the call logs? CommCare
support suggested downloading one day at a time, but this will not be a
sustainable practice for the duration of our study.
Saw you also reported an issue on this. We are looking into it and will get
back to you soon. There are currently no great solutions and the export
tool does not include call log data, but we are looking into other
workflows.
