Topic: strengthening mentees competencies through clinical mentorship.
I have a registration form and a checklist form which is made of yes/no questions. As the checklist form can be filled several times, how to calculate a percentage score (number of yes divided by number of yes + number of no responses) X 100 for each individual event and not the average percentage across all events. We should have as a result the display, in visualization, of scores of each individual event for each mentee.
