Bulk upload of mobile users

Hello,

I am trying to do a bulk upload of my mobile users and the phone numbers
are not showing up after the bulk upload. I only add digits, for example,
26657686075. I downloaded the mobile users and simply added new users to
that same excel spreadsheet. Everything shows up, except for the phone
number. Can you tell me what I am doing wrong? Thanks!

Hi Carol,

Thanks for reaching out about this. I've tested this out and I think you
may have found a bug in our mobile worker bulk upload. I've created a
support ticket for this issue for further research and I will communicate
further with you from there.
