Our project has about 200 registration forms with errors that need to be
archived (and the cases they registered deleted as a result). If I have the
form ids for these registration forms, is there a way to do this in bulk?
If not, is there a faster way to find the forms that need to be archived in
CommCareHQ than to sift through registration forms under the user's
submission history? Thank you!
Hello Beth,
You can bulk archive a list of forms. Refer to this article 'Manage Forms'
https://confluence.dimagi.com/display/commcarepublic/Archive+Forms on
help site on how to do this. To find the forms, you can use filters on
'Manage Forms' page. If those 200 forms can't be filtered at once using
these filters, there is no other way than to manually open each form and
archive it.
