Bluestacks gone from my computer after putting CCleaner through my computer

I had Bluestacks installed on my computer and I put CCleaner through my
computer and now I can't play ANY games through Bluestacks because it won't
even load. I have tried to uninstall it from my computer, but it won't do
it. I have tried to download it again and it says, "You already have
Bluestacks on this computer.
I click on the icon and there is a loading circle (that spins) and then it
stops.
What is this happening?
How do I get Bluestacks back?
Please can somebody help me?

Hi. My ex. project already used commcare for Child follow up Study
successfully. I'v knowledge about it.But now I'm involving different
project for different Organization just now. So my current project
following ODK for data collection.Can I get help from this group please ?

Right click somewhere and then press Find, then type in Bluestacks and you will find the location of those files that were somewhere else.
