I am looking for a better way for the mobile user to capture dates. For example, if the teacher wants to capture the dates of birth of all her children, it takes too long to find the correct date.
Or when the dates of birth of staff are captured and the person is older than 30 years.
I am sure there must be an easier way.

What exactly is the issue you are struggling with? In what way does it take too long? Perhaps you can share a screenshot of the view you are looking at and let us know what is not working well?
