I'm a bit confused and cannot find on google anything about the "beaker" symbol in form builder. I am very familiar with Case Lists, Surveys, Follow Ups, etc. But on an advanced app we worked with Dimagi on that I need to edit, I see the attached symbols. Can anyone advise?

That beaker symbol indicates what we refer to as an Advanced Menu. This menu typically has some custom work done to allow for more advanced case management, and is often only available in our implementation packages. Without knowing more about the application, I'm afraid I can't speak much to the implications of how changes made to forms within that menu or the menu itself would affect the application. I would recommend reaching out to our support staff for assistance if you need to make changes to those menues.
